As part of dedication to our
customers we are proud to provide a
product repair service. If any of our products become damaged in any way,
return them to us and we will salvage
what we can and replace whatever is
necessary to return the items to proper working
The following procedure will simplify the repair process.
1. Securely package the damaged items in an appropriate container. Please send a fully assembled suction cup/clamp, not in pieces or just the damaged part. If possible, re-use the
packaging from the original shipment. Proper packaging is extremely important. Many of our products are heavy and can be
further damaged during shipment if not packaged properly.
2. Print out the PDF and complete the form and include it with your shipment.
3. Please write any special instructions on the form regarding the damage items. (Example: Do not replace any seals or air fittings.)
To view the pdf you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Please send us only the items you want repaired. We cannot store your items
for more than 90 days. Items the customer declines to have repaired will be discarded.
We can only make repairs to BLICK products.
Our products that contain a rubber pad come with a lifetime warranty! If the pad delaminates for reasons other than damage we will replace the pad free! We will also waive the $10 service charge as long as no other damage has been done to the cup/clamp.
IMPORTANT NOTE:The cups/clamps need to be fully assembled when sent back to us. If there is any damage to the cup(i.e. damaged suction cup top, base) we cannot waive the $10 service charge. Additionally, you will be charged for replacement air fittings, top and bottom seals unless the customer specifies otherwise.
